1, Enterprise and public institutions:
Duplicate of business license, certificate issued by institution, code certificate, identity card of legal person or person in charge, contract seal or official seal, letter of attorney issued by legal person or person in charge, ID card and driving license of undertaker.
2, Foreign agencies located in local institutions:
Registration certificate in local city, valid documents (identity card, passport, residence permit in China) of the person in charge, official seal or contract seal, ID card and driving license (required as the People’s Republic of China driver’s license) of undertaker.

選車試駕：
業務人員帶客戶選車，介紹性能及注意事項
填寫車輛交接單：確認車況，登記公里數，檢查隨車工具等
Car selection and test drive:
Businessman takes customer to choose car, and introduce performance and notes
Fill vehicle delivery and acceptance form: confirm car condition, kilometers number registration, vehicle tools inspection, etc.
簽訂合同 Contract signing
辦理財務手續 Financial procedures operation
交客戶鑰匙、行駛本稅證等行車必備手續。
Give car keys, driving license tax certificate and other driving necessary formalities to customer

還車業務流程 Car return business processes
業務接待 查驗租車合同、證件、有關單據，收取車鑰匙
Business reception: check rental contract, certificates, relevant documents, collect car keys
填寫車輛交接單：若有車輛受損及超公里或超時使用，按規定收取費用，雙方簽字。
Fill vehicle delivery and acceptance form: if vehicle gets damage and ultra-kilometer use or overtime use, customers shall be charged according to regulations, then both parties make signature.
